Chef Joshua Campbell has been tantalizing the taste buds of the culinarily curious for over 20 years. He has turned his love for food into a tastefully creative experience, and with his partnership with Cedar Oaks, he is awakening new flavor twists that delight and amaze. He is an award-winning chef with the ambition and talents to exceed expectations.
Chef Campbell is a graduate of the Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach Florida and has a secondary professional culinary degree from the Royal Thai Culinary Academy in Bang Saen, Thailand. Once completed, Josh took his talents to become the director of the cuisine for the prestigious five-star restaurant, Graycliff in Nassau, Bahamas, serving not only celebrities but royalty, alike. From there he returned to his native Cincinnati to open his own restaurant, Mayberry, which served his unique brand of grassroots American cuisine.
Currently, Chef Campbell and his impressive team of culinary professionals from the surrounding area take great pride in their Cedar Oaks meal program. With the help of an on-staff registered dietician, they are creating meals that are both flavorful and nutritionally balanced. Chef Campbell’s goal is to treat this more as a restaurant experience, creating his meals by listening and interacting with the clients for their likes and dislikes as well as being in tune to the individual dietary needs of each guest staying at Cedar Oaks.
Chef Campbell says, “We feel that mealtime is a way to replenish both mentally and physically in order to ensure a healthy lifestyle.”
